What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Address escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues, including testing of changes
  • Identify, validate, and test business process and configuration changes related to business needs
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis of issues and troubleshoot data loads
  • Provide subject matter expertise for training and advisory services to management
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS and apply best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least three Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll
  • Understanding of HR operations and experience with HR data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Canadian compliance and configuration rules
