- Address escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues, including testing of changes
- Identify, validate, and test business process and configuration changes related to business needs
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of issues and troubleshoot data loads
- Provide subject matter expertise for training and advisory services to management
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS and apply best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least three Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll
- Understanding of HR operations and experience with HR data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Canadian compliance and configuration rules
- Familiarity with multiple Workday modules beyond the minimum requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced HR environment
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and new challenges
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude with effective communication skills
