• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of employee and organizational data within HR systems
• Generate and maintain recurring HR reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance purposes
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with testing and validating HR process updates and system enhancements
• Provide data and reporting support for compensation reviews and workforce planning

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management, reporting, or HR operations
• Experience with Workday required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
