What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement a world-class onboarding program to enhance new hire productivity and cultural integration
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end people programs that ensure learning and development processes are consistent and repeatable
  • Drive strategic communication initiatives that promote clarity and successful change management across the organization
  • Utilize data to measure and demonstrate the impact of employee programs on engagement and retention
  • Act as an internal consultant, translating leadership ideas into actionable plans that gain cross-functional support
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding and learning programs for distributed or global work forces
  • Advanced skills in project management, including road mapping and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience in organizational communications and change initiatives
  • Ability to use data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in e-commerce or related industries
  • Familiarity with employee engagement metrics and program evaluation techniques
  • Background in developing communication strategies for large organizations
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee onboarding and training methodologies
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
