- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience in organizational communications and change initiatives
- Ability to use data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in e-commerce or related industries
- Familiarity with employee engagement metrics and program evaluation techniques
- Background in developing communication strategies for large organizations
- Knowledge of best practices in employee onboarding and training methodologies
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
