• Partner closely with Research, Data Science, and other hiring managers to support their growth efforts
• Ensure hiring goals and high-quality standards are met in a sustainable manner
• Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of technical talent
• Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies
• Own the candidate experience, ensuring a positive journey for all applicants

• At least five years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of technical talent
• Experience recruiting AI/ML and Data Science talent preferred
• Excellent client management skills and ability to develop consultative relationships with stakeholders
• Proven track record of contributing to team success, including mentorship and process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree (a plus) and authorization to work in the United States

• Experience in recruiting for AI/ML and Data Science roles
• Strong background in developing customized recruiting strategies
• History of making substantial contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
• Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
