What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate accurate and timely offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant
  • Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system entries are completed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
