What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby and Greenhouse, managing configurations and user support
  • Partner with TA leaders and IT to enhance talent systems that support recruitment objectives
  • Analyze and refine TA processes to increase recruiter productivity and improve candidate experience
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations while managing audits
  • Develop training materials and conduct onboarding for new users of TA systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Must have Ashby ATS experience
  • 6+ years of experience working directly with talent acquisition systems as an analyst or administrator
  • Strong understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting or migrating between major ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse to Ashby)
  • Familiarity with additional TA technology (sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, etc.)
  • Experience with change management and technology adoption within recruiting functions
