• 4+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent across technical and non-technical domains
• Strong relationship-building skills to connect with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
• A collaborative mindset with adaptability to contribute across multiple hiring needs
• A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing strategies

• Experience with sourcing tools such as Gem and Greenhouse
• Confidence in engaging passive talent at all levels
• High-performing creative individuals who can dig into problems and identify opportunities for success
