• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for the tele Sales group
• Partner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent for their teams
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting metrics, including completed interviews and offers
• Create a positive and engaging candidate experience through education and proactive communication

• Minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance industry or contact center environments
• Extensive working knowledge of Workday Recruiting
• Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-through
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• A passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
