- Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules, ensuring compliance with established standards
- Lead Benefits administration activities, including eligibility rules and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Shared Services teams to gather requirements and implement system changes
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for Core HCM and Benefits
- Oversee the maintenance of the Workday system to ensure business continuity, including managing release impacts and regression testing
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Workday HCM
- Experience with the intersection of US payroll and benefits in Workday, preferably with Alight or similar vendors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
- Understanding of project estimation methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
