• Define and drive the roadmap for Onboarding and Manager/Leader Development programs
• Lead talent development programs from inception to scale, optimizing existing initiatives
• Design user-centric, just-in-time experiences by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Apply a data-driven product mindset to measure effectiveness and iteratively improve programs
• Manage program communications and change management to ensure successful implementation

• Proven experience building programs from the ground up, delivering end-to-end solutions
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program effectiveness
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders through effective communication

• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment
• Previous roles in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Operations
• Familiarity with modern HR or L&D technology platforms
• Experience in facilitating learning and development programs, both live and virtual
