• Maintain daily visibility on the production floor to proactively engage with employees and supervisors
• Handle day‑to‑day employee relations concerns and assist with investigations as needed
• Support timekeeping and payroll‑related actions while maintaining accurate employee records
• Monitor attendance and assist employees with Leave of Absence processes
• Complete routine HR reporting to provide insights for decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience preferred
• Solid understanding of basic employment laws and HR practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across various levels
• Proficiency with HRIS and basic reporting tools

• Working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and core HR operations
• High resilience and adaptability, with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to multi‑task and navigate shifting priorities effectively
