Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, managing intake, sourcing strategy, process, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical and executive leaders to define roles and drive timely hiring decisions
  • Develop proactive pipelines for challenging profiles through talent mapping and targeted outreach
  • Enhance quality of hire by refining interview processes and using metrics to manage hiring efficiency
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and technical knowledge to effectively engage top-tier candidates
  • Proven track record of managing complex offers, including equity discussions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with hiring leaders
  • Ideally located near Austin or Palo Alto, with a willingness to work in a hybrid model
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in scaling engineering and technical teams in a startup setting
  • Familiarity with metrics-driven recruiting processes and quality management
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into effective search strategies
  • Strong network within the technology sector for referrals and outreach
  • Proven success in enhancing candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment process
