What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims of workplace misconduct and violations of company policies
  • Perform investigatory interviews, collect evidence, and document findings in a case management system
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to resolve employee relations issues
  • Provide training and guidance on HR policies and compliance to managers and associates
  • Maintain consistent application of company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations and investigations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for sensitive interactions

  • Experience in mediating disputes and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating information and drawing conclusions
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels
