Recruiting Coordinator

• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview requests efficiently
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality while communicating internally and externally
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with candidates and stakeholders
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and expedite the interview process when necessary

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing a high volume of scheduling requests
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Greenhouse preferred

• Familiarity with Modern Loop or similar scheduling software
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with G‑suite and Slack
