- Process multi-state payroll and ensure accuracy of payroll systems
- Maintain payroll-related accounts and records, including salary and deduction changes
- Collect and process new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with E-Verify
- Interact with clients to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support payroll operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing and related tasks
- Knowledge of the Department of Labor and Fair Labor Standards Act regarding payroll
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Working knowledge of job-costed and certified payrolls
- Experience with time clock systems
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
