• Respond accurately and timely to incoming written and telephonic Tier 1 and 2 inquiries related to Workday Access/Navigation, Benefits, and general HR
• Utilize knowledge base effectively to research and provide prompt responses
• Escalate inquiries to Account Manager or Pod Manager when necessary
• Communicate issues relating to audits promptly to leadership
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA, and federal/regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, and other PC skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a customer service role within HR or benefits administration
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on research and follow-up
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and professionalism
