What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Process multi-state payroll and ensure accuracy of payroll systems
  • Maintain payroll-related accounts and records, including salary and deduction changes
  • Collect and process new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with E-Verify
  • Interact with clients to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support payroll operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing and related tasks
  • Knowledge of the Department of Labor and Fair Labor Standards Act regarding payroll
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of job-costed and certified payrolls
  • Experience with time clock systems
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
