- Design and implement training curricula that align with 3PL operational goals and workforce development strategies
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and site leadership to assess training needs and deliver targeted learning solutions
- Lead high‑visibility programs such as Site Leader Academy and Graduate/Intern initiatives
- Track and report on key performance indicators, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions that support talent development and organizational capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work/military experience; logistics experience may substitute for education)
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate training
- 2 years of experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Project management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS or similar platforms
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, IO Psychology, or Human Resources
- Professional certifications, such as Associate or Certified Professional in Talent Development (ATD/CPTD) or PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- Experience in the transportation/freight operations or logistics industry
- Strong awareness of trends, techniques, and technologies in the training and development space
