What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and implement training curricula that align with 3PL operational goals and workforce development strategies
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and site leadership to assess training needs and deliver targeted learning solutions
  • Lead high‑visibility programs such as Site Leader Academy and Graduate/Intern initiatives
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness
  • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions that support talent development and organizational capability
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work/military experience; logistics experience may substitute for education)
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate training
  • 2 years of experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Project management experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS or similar platforms
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, IO Psychology, or Human Resources
  • Professional certifications, such as Associate or Certified Professional in Talent Development (ATD/CPTD) or PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
  • Experience in the transportation/freight operations or logistics industry
  • Strong awareness of trends, techniques, and technologies in the training and development space
