Job Responsibilities
  • Execute people processes, operations, and policies throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Manage administration and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and processes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for People Operations inquiries, providing timely responses
  • Assist with the administration of annual people cycles, including performance management
  • Develop and prepare people metrics reports to track turnover and engagement
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people operations
  • Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Subject‑matter expertise in HR systems and processes, with experience in technology maintenance and compliance
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience functioning in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, virtual environment while managing multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Rippling as an HR system
  • Demonstrated passion for energy and climate issues
  • Experience in legal and compliance matters related to HR
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Enthusiasm for innovative approaches to improve departmental efficiency
