- Manage administration and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for People Operations inquiries, providing timely responses
- Assist with the administration of annual people cycles, including performance management
- Develop and prepare people metrics reports to track turnover and engagement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in people operations
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Subject‑matter expertise in HR systems and processes, with experience in technology maintenance and compliance
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience functioning in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, virtual environment while managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with Rippling as an HR system
- Demonstrated passion for energy and climate issues
- Experience in legal and compliance matters related to HR
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Enthusiasm for innovative approaches to improve departmental efficiency
