Position: Contract Customer Success Manager, Americas

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Triage and respond to customer tickets via email and video calls
  • Diagnose root causes of customer issues, including API documentation and workflow logic
  • Identify complex issues and elevate them to technical support teams as necessary
  • Advise customers on best practices and strategies for using the platform
  • Facilitate onboarding calls and provide one‑off support sessions as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in SaaS, or technical support experience transitioning into Customer Success
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via email and video calls
  • Ability to read API documentation and troubleshoot integrations
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Active Campaign, or Klaviyo
  • Self‑starter attitude and strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a customer‑facing role
  • Ability to ask insightful questions to assist customers effectively
  • Passion for helping small businesses succeed through thoughtful support
