• Develop business analysis, design, configuration, coordination, implementation, and support for systems
• Participate in defining functional requirements, technical design, system configuration, and testing processes
• Engage in enterprise-wide change management processes for requested system revisions
• Provide escalated technical support for existing business systems and track identified bugs
• Document systems for turnover and training of Associates and IT peers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in computer systems, business analysis, or related discipline
• Proven experience in the software development life cycle, including documentation, analysis, design, and deployment
• Hands-on experience in gathering and communicating project business and application architecture requirements
• Strong customer service skills and experience working with business unit areas and vendor support personnel

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience configuring packaged, integrated systems
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting integrated, enterprise 3rd party packaged software and cloud solutions
• Understanding of both waterfall and agile project methods
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment
