Senior Associate, Credit Analytics

• Base salary range of CAD $151,200 - $189,000, with exceptional candidates potentially earning above the top of the range
• Includes equity compensation as part of total compensation

• Develop strategies to manage risk and optimize performance across credit products and retail lending domains
• Evaluate the performance of lending portfolios, campaigns, and strategies
• Propose enhancements to improve profitability and mitigate risks
• Design and test retail lending campaigns that drive revenue through modifications in approvals, pricing, and credit limits
• Collaborate with various teams to influence roadmaps and implement impactful strategies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail lending across multiple domains such as credit risk and credit lifecycle management
• Strong data skills, including experience with dashboards, reporting, and data manipulation
• Proficient in SQL for quantitative analysis and synthesizing results into actionable proposals
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in statistical/quantitative analysis, including experimental design and model accuracy validation

• Technical experience with Python, Git Hub, and familiarity with tools such as Airflow, AWS Redshift, and dbt
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for ownership over projects
