- Utilize support software for call logging and tracking
- Document solutions and resolution steps in the product knowledge database
- Manage escalations and follow through as the point of contact for higher‑level support teams
- Participate in visits to customer sites to enhance service delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems or equivalent education and experience
- Three years of previous work experience in a technical customer support role, including one year in Healthcare IT
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and Agfa products
- General knowledge of networking and operating systems (Linux, UNIX, Windows) and databases (Oracle)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with HL7 or DICOM
- Knowledge of programming languages such as VB/ASP, , HTML, XML
- Knowledge of data manipulation languages like SQL, PL/SQL
- Exposure to information systems in a hospital environment
- Industry certification
