• Lead the incident response and data breach management program, including investigation protocols and regulatory reporting
• Build and scale privacy compliance programs aligned with national and global frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Collaborate with Security, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure privacy safeguards and data governance
• Develop privacy policies, playbooks, and training materials to promote awareness and operational consistency
• Stay informed of privacy trends and regulatory changes to assess their impact on operations

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of relevant privacy and data protection experience, including in-house counsel roles
• Deep understanding of global privacy regulations including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA
• Demonstrated experience leading data breach and incident response programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex regulatory requirements into actionable advice

• Prior in-house, government, or law firm experience focused on healthcare or health tech
• Familiarity with trends at the intersection of privacy regulations and artificial intelligence
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person collaboration at hub offices
