- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the AI/ML solution vision, scope, dependencies, and risks

- Communicate progress, metrics, and key results to leadership and stakeholders via presentations and reporting
- Work with R&D and Operations to identify business problems and evaluate AI/ML solution potential
- Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize program performance and achieve strategic objectives
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of technical product/program management experience with 4+ years in delivering data product solutions within an AI/ML portfolio, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML project life cycles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with data platform ecosystems, such as Databricks
- A data-driven approach with clear, measurable success criteria
- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for AI/ML solutions
- Familiarity with managing sensitive information professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
