• Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics
• Build and maintain marketing attribution models, funnel conversion analytics, and member segmentation frameworks
• Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards for monitoring campaign performance and member engagement
• Analyze product utilization patterns and support analysis for marketing campaigns and member journey optimization initiatives

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or data analytics roles
• Strong SQL proficiency for complex member behavior and marketing performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with Looker for building dashboards and analytics models
• Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, and member lifecycle analytics
• Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding of HIPAA compliance in digital health contexts

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with GCP services and Big Query for large-scale member data analysis
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, or similar)
• Knowledge of data transformation tools (DBT preferred)
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
