• Collaborate with public sector organizations and U.S. government agencies to resolve complex issues in their Git Lab environments
• Troubleshoot customer environments as a hands‑on Linux administrator, addressing performance and configuration issues
• Partner with various teams to clarify bug reports and contribute merge requests that resolve customer‑impacting issues
• Create and update clear documentation and support content to improve self‑service and reduce repeated issues
• Participate in on‑call rotations to provide timely emergency support for customers in restricted environments

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government security requirements
• Experience managing customer‑facing cases throughout the full support lifecycle
• Strong Linux systems administration knowledge
• Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash) to investigate and resolve issues
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD workflows

• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and container‑orchestration technologies such as Open Shift and Kubernetes
• Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls
