• Lead design and development of agentic AI workflows, agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
• Implement and manage MCP servers and clients for secure access to ATIS data sources and AWS services
• Build AI agents that integrate with ATIS applications to orchestrate workflows and support decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mission needs into scalable AI‑enabled capabilities
• Optimize performance and reliability of AI services in AWS Gov Cloud environments

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or automation
• Hands‑on experience building agentic AI systems and complex orchestration pipelines
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with structured/unstructured data sources

• Direct experience with the Strands framework and/or Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, or DoD ATO processes
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Dev Ops Engineer, or AI/ML Specialty)
• Background supporting military, defense, or intelligence community systems
