• Provide pre- and post-sales support for opportunities requiring Field Sales Engineer involvement in Southern NJ and Philadelphia PA
• Execute high-level system designs, including detailed site surveys and camera placement
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet performance goals in a timely manner
• Support the regional experience center with showroom demos and product updates
• Construct and deliver technology and customer-specific training sessions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, ideally in network video or physical security markets
• Strong knowledge of the physical security and IT markets, including troubleshooting advanced network issues
• Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPNs)
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills

• Axis Certified Professional certification
• Experience with video transport protocols and compression technologies
• Strong knowledge of image quality and photography principles
• Proven record of excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Positive customer-centric attitude
