• Plan and complete complex technical projects from survey and engineering to site implementation
• Develop and maintain high standards of installation and service; lead and train network installation technicians
• Serve as a technical resource for project managers and field technicians
• Conduct physical onsite network surveys and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation to ensure installed equipment is functional

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Engineer
• Active Secret Clearance;
  Top Secret preferred
• Ability to travel 90% of the time on deployments for both CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations
• Proficient in system design, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 10 years of experience in IT implementation and engineering using Army/DISA/DoW standards
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security measures, and IT best practices
• Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise-level applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio
