- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into comprehensive IT implementation designs
- Minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Engineer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Visio
- Active Secret Clearance;
Top Secret preferred - Willingness to travel 90% of the time for deployments, both CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex IT installations
- Strong background in network design and configuration
- Familiarity with cryptographic, MPLS, optical, and timing equipment
- Previous experience in military or government IT projects
- Knowledge of procedural documentation for field tasks
