Enablement Manager

• Lead the full lifecycle of enablement for service teams, including onboarding, ongoing coaching, and certification paths
• Coach Enablement Leads in facilitation and behavioral coaching techniques to develop high-performing training professionals
• Conduct in-person workshops and support new hire training cycles on-site
• Collaborate with various departments to align training programs with operational needs and business priorities
• Build systems and processes to ensure scalable and repeatable enablement across regions

• 4–7 years in leadership, training, enablement, service operations, or people development roles
• Proven experience developing individuals and teams through coaching and structured feedback
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in building processes and systems in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel globally for 10–12 weeks per year

• Exposure to customer service or support environments
• Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
