• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps and operational plans aligned with enterprise goals
• Partner with government leadership and cross-functional teams to synchronize strategy
• Identify and lead solutions for mission-critical issues during program implementation
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess initiative performance
• Prepare and deliver high-impact briefings and reports to senior leadership

• Must be a US Citizen with a minimum of a SECRET Clearance and the ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in strategic planning, enterprise transformation, or technical program management
• Demonstrated expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related integrations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and business performance reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe
• Proven ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels
• Excellent communication and briefing skills with experience in executive-level reporting
• Willingness to travel as needed within the Continental U.S.
