• Manage and administer Global Security governance forums and committees, including agenda development and documentation follow-up
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for program governance initiatives
• Ensure governance materials are clear, executive-ready, and aligned with enterprise risk management practices
• Provide executive presentations and recommendations to management and governance teams
• Coach or mentor less-experienced employees and provide assistance as required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in information security, risk governance, or project management
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management, quality management, and change management principles
• Experience with project initiation, planning, task management, and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Share Point

• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or PMP
• Experience preparing executive-level materials and leading large projects
• Familiarity with Information Security Frameworks such as NIST and ISO
• Ability to develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Experience with problem/change management and project risk management
