• Lead a team in enterprise identity and access management (IAM) services, ensuring compliance and security
• Manage user access provisioning and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with global security and business unit leaders to enhance IAM compliance and effectiveness
• Design and maintain role-based access security models and ensure the principle of least privilege is applied
• Stay informed on emerging IAM technologies and industry trends to evolve the IAM strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a management role
• Relevant systems administration and/or networking experience
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
• High standards of personal integrity and understanding of information security challenges

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation
• Experience coordinating resources globally across multiple countries
