• Develop and maintain media performance dashboards, focusing on Power BI for data visualization
• Analyze and communicate insights from media and marketing data to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings
• Support media mix modeling initiatives through data collection and validation
• Write and modify SQL queries to access and prepare data from various sources for analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, analytics, or a relevant quantitative field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
• Proficiency in extracting and working with data from digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Adobe Analytics
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data retrieval from relational databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings in group settings

• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Big Query
• Experience in an agency setting
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
• Passion for continuous improvement in analytics processes and outputs
