Business Analyst Position

This role is for a Business Analyst I‑III, offering a contract length of unknown with a pay rate of unknown, located remotely. Requires 5+ years of experience, expertise in SDLC, UAT, data analysis, and IT security.

• Evaluate IT security and other system requirements and work with technical staff to develop, implement, and document technical solutions.
• Participate in the development lifecycle: sales engineering, requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business and user requirements, produce business and system design.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications.
• Negotiate new deals, extensions, and ad‑hoc services; manage complex problems to strengthen client relationships.

• Develop functional test plans and UAT scenarios; coordinate testing, schedule resources, track performance.
• Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects and new functionality.
• Conduct impact analysis of technological changes on business processes.
• Facilitate system and data design sessions; assist in developing data models and interface design specifications.
• Coordinate on‑time delivery, testing, and production moves.
• Provide analytical support for corporate initiatives such as system migrations, consolidations, and process improvements.
