• Manage multiple implementation projects from initiation through project close, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery of each implementation phase
• Lead sessions to understand and document business requirements
• Conduct client training on software functions and create customized training resources
• Proactively identify and elevate implementation risks, collaborating with teams to develop solutions

• Five or more years of relevant work experience, including client-facing, project management, and technology/SaaS implementation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong client relationship skills and understanding of excellent client experience
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge and previous experience with Excel and Smart Sheet
