• Serve as the lead attorney negotiating commercial transactions with a diverse range of customers and vendors
• Collaborate with the commercial legal and sales teams to improve core commercial documents and processes
• Facilitate automation and efficiencies in partnership with the Legal Ops team
• Deliver practical, business-oriented guidance to support innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage a high volume of contracts, adhering to tight timelines and competing priorities

• Minimum of 4 years of experience independently leading negotiations of commercial contracts in the healthcare or SaaS sector
• Strong customer-service mindset with an emphasis on collaboration in negotiations
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams, designers, and sales teams
• Creativity in navigating and crafting solutions for novel contractual matters

• Familiarity with recent trends in artificial intelligence, particularly with language models
• Experience in a startup or high-growth organization, with a focus on scaling processes
• Background in additional areas such as SaaS, intellectual property, or privacy
