What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a team of Support Engineers to ensure high-quality support delivery
  • Manage daily operations while adhering to SLAs and escalation procedures
  • Serve as a key escalation point for critical customer situations
  • Build strong partnerships across teams to accelerate the resolution of customer issues
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to support team development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of personnel management experience in an enterprise support organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, and related technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with additional languages being a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven success in leading high-performing technical support teams
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks such as ITIL or Six Sigma
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset for problem-solving
  • Quick learner with a passion for improving customer experiences
  • Prior experience with Delinea products is a plus
