• Demonstrated experience in building generative AI products
• Strong technical ability to design systems, write production-quality code, and solve complex problems
• Comfort with ambiguity and a self-directed mindset in high-autonomy environments
• Deep interest in AI and vertical SaaS products

• Experience in prompting systems and familiarity with evaluation frameworks and reinforcement learning
• Previous work in insurance technology or related verticals
