Overview
Employer Industry: Industrial Manufacturing and Ecommerce
What to Expect- Lead end-to-end ecommerce project delivery using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Serve as Scrum Master for a team of developers, facilitating daily standups and sprint planning
- Manage multiple Scrum and Kanban boards to ensure visibility and prioritization
- Solicit, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders
- Conduct ecommerce QA testing including functional testing and workflow verification
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience using Waterfall for structured initiatives
- 5+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally in B2B or industrial/manufacturing environments
- Experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation
- Familiarity with B2B ecommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud or Magento
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows between various systems
- Experience with QA processes including functional testing and UAT coordination
- Ability to create clear documentation including requirements and process flows
- Experience in change management for digital or ecommerce initiatives
