• Manage the ticketing queue to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Work with Implementation & Support Engineers to configure products based on client requirements
• Communicate bugs, feature requests, and product improvements to Product Managers
• Create and maintain internal and client-facing documentation and knowledge base articles

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role
• Proven experience in a start-up environment
• Strong listening skills to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
• Ability to learn quickly and become proficient with products and supporting technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience with internet/online advertising industry
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and common web protocols (HTTP, FTP)
• Experience using issue/case tracking systems (e.g., Zendesk) and generating meaningful reports
