• Demonstrable experience as a Senior User Researcher
• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience in Government Digital Service (GDS) or public sector projects
• Ability to provide documentation of right to work and travel within the UK
• Willingness to undergo satisfactory vetting, references, and health checks

• Experience with participatory co-design methodologies
• Familiarity with ethical research practices specifically in digital inclusion
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines in user research
