- Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automated test plans and test cases for software systems
- Enhance and maintain the existing automation framework while identifying new automation opportunities
- Analyze test results, document root causes for failures, and collaborate with the development team for resolution
- Participate in the product development lifecycle from requirement analysis through testing and rollout
- Provide feedback on project and testing status, including risks and confidence assessments for all items tested
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in testing mid-sized to large enterprise applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, and JQuery
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with testing tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and creating Microsoft or NUnit unit tests
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
- Experience with defect tracking utilities and multi-tier testing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail with a strong desire for quality assurance
