• Conduct technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
• Collaborate with sales teams to tailor solutions to client needs
• Partner with clients to identify business challenges and align solutions

• Assist clients in designing optimal architectures for employer solutions

• Deep understanding of data intelligence, data modeling, and database management
• 8-10+ years of experience in a Pre Sales role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical ideas
• Analytical skills to diagnose issues and propose creative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects

• Certifications in data intelligence, database technologies, or cloud solutions
• Experience presenting at trade shows, conferences, and user groups
• Engagement experience with analyst organizations
