- Develop and lead a growing team of industry professionals across EMEA.
- Drive accountability for channel account managers on key objectives and metrics.
- Cultivate executive relationships within the EMEA partner community to secure strategic investment.
- Analyze partner performance and key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Lead the transition from legacy fulfillment models to high-value subscription growth through the partner ecosystem.
- 15+ years of experience in channel management with a proven track record.
- 10+ years in an equivalent role within the Identity and Access Management market in EMEA.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to initiate change.
- Outstanding oral and written presentation skills.
- At least one industry-specific certification.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and strong negotiating skills.
- Experience in building consensus in a virtual team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in achieving results.
