- Produce and maintain documentation for business continuity and user guidance
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience working within, optimizing, or implementing 2–3 Salesforce instances
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, security, and integration principles
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving
- Competency with Conga Composer (queries, templates) preferred
- Background supporting organizations of similar size and maturity to the employer
- Experience with CPQ configuration, pricing, and product setup
- Familiarity with data protection, security, and permission frameworks
- Knowledge of the latest Salesforce capabilities and enhancement opportunities
