• Assist with internal and external audit engagements (SOC2 Type II, HITRUST, PCIDSS, SOX, Guardian Sphere, etc.)
• Gather and organize control evidence to ensure compliance with security requirements
• Work with the business to assess, document, and remediate risks identified during assessments
• Develop metrics to report compliance status to management
• Assist in the development and refinement of enterprise AI policies and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in an Information Security audit setting, including knowledge of SOC2 and HITRUST
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong research skills
• Ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and foster a collaborative working environment

• Experience with risk management tool administration and configuration
• Proven ability to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with security controls including NIST, HIPAA, and Privacy standards
